Yongkang International Convention and Exhibition Center

Yongkang International Convention and Exhibition Center is situated to the north of the Yongkang Municipal Party School, with a five-star Renaissance Hotel built nearby. The center covers a total site area of 176,000 square meters and a total building area of 162,000 square meters. It comprises ten exhibition halls, a foyer, an office building, and a plaza. The indoor space accommodates 3,500 standard booths, while the outdoor area accommodates 1,500 booths. The architecture as a whole resembles a phoenix spreading its wings toward the sun, featuring a grand scale, first-class facilities, and advanced functions, and can host large- and medium-scale exhibitions, conferences, business negotiations, and other events. Yongkang World Exhibition and Convention Base is one of the “Five Bases” construction projects initiated by Yongkang City to build a government public service platform and develop productive service industries. The base has a total land area of 166,000 square meters, a total building area of 162,000 square meters, and an estimated total investment of 590 million yuan. It is planned to provide 3,208 indoor international standard booths, 192 booths for year-round display, and 2,040 outdoor booths.
