Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center

Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the block east of Jinke Bridge Avenue, south of Kebao Expressway, west of Jingshui Road, and north of Choudou Road. Covering a total site area of approximately 300 mu (about 20 hectares), the venue offers a gross floor area of around 250,000 square meters, with roughly 5,000 standard booths, over 20 meeting rooms, a large-scale press conference hall, and a variety of dining and supporting facilities. The design and planning of the Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center integrate diverse traditional elements such as water, textile motifs, upturned eaves, and lanterns into both the interior and exterior spaces. The architectural form is clean and grand, echoing and harmonizing with the adjacent China Textile City CBD. The main exhibition hall is designed in modular bays measuring 63 meters by 90 meters, with water curtains and gravity-operated sliding roof structures between the sections, accommodating events of various scales. The conference center is bordered by two rivers and two roads, creating the impression of a conference venue floating on water. The multi-purpose hall can support banquets, performances, sports events, fashion shows, and other functions. Upon completion, the convention and exhibition center will stand as a new landmark for Shaoxing and serve as a vital supporting facility for the Shanghai-Hangzhou metropolitan area and the Airport Economic Demonstration Zone. Comparable in scale to major international convention and exhibition centers, it will act as a premier platform for information exchange, consumer experience, and cutting-edge industry trends in the Shanghai-Hangzhou region, effectively driving the concentrated flow of visitors, logistics, information, and capital.
