The ShanghaiMart Exhibition Hall officially opened in October 1999. Since September 2014, it has been jointly invested in, operated, and managed by Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Co., Ltd. and Nan Fung Group, ushering in a new chapter for ShanghaiMart. With a brand-new vision and innovative approaches, both parties are committed to transforming ShanghaiMart into a premier domestic professional platform for global trade services. The venue covers a total floor area of 280,000 square meters, with a total investment of USD 300 million. Jointly invested and developed by a group of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, it was the sole foreign-invested project among the Shanghai Municipal Government’s ten major "Key Projects."
