About

The National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin), co-developed by the Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin Municipal Government, is the third national-level exhibition project after those in Guangzhou and Shanghai. Its key features include: Grand Blueprint: With a total construction area of approximately 1.38 million square meters, it is being built in two phases. Phase I and Phase II began operations in June 2021 and September 2023, respectively. Colossal Exhibition Space: Boasting 400,000 square meters of indoor exhibition area across 32 single-story, column-free halls and 158,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition space, it meets the needs of large-scale and heavy-duty industrial exhibitions. Green Innovation Exemplar: Designed to meet China’s Three-Star Green Building Standard, it extensively incorporates eco-friendly technologies such as distributed photovoltaic power generation, ground-source heat pumps, and rainwater recycling. Multi-Functional Complex: Integrating exhibitions, conventions, commerce, offices, and hospitality, it features supporting facilities like the National Convention Center and a Marriott hotel cluster, offering one-stop services.
