It comprises 8 exhibition halls, a registration lobby, and a 40,000-square-meter outdoor exhibition area, capable of accommodating 6,000 international standard booths. As a landmark building of Guizhou Province and Guiyang City, and to better embody Guiyang's eco-civilization construction concept, this project was entrusted to several world-renowned design teams and green ecological consulting firms. It extensively adopts energy-saving, environmental protection, and recycling technologies, enabling the Guiyang Conference & Exhibition Center to meet the world's authoritative green ecological assessment systems and national green ecological standards in terms of building energy efficiency systems, ecological and environmental protection systems, and other green indicators. It is planned to cover an area of 190.3 hectares (including municipal green belts), with a total building area of approximately 976,300 square meters, of which the accommodable area is about 633,900 square meters. With a total investment of RMB 5.6 billion, it comprises service facilities such as an exhibition center, a conference center, a hotel building, a comprehensive building, commercial and supporting studios, and apartments. It prominently showcases Guizhou's unique mountainous and ethnic cultural qualities. It is the modern Southwest region's largest, most complete in functional supporting facilities, and most advanced multifunctional international conference and exhibition center. To its west is the original ecological landscape park—Guanshan Lake Park. The project's total land use is about 1,408 mu, of which the construction land for exhibition, hotel, and conference center is approximately 500 mu. It plans to build a 100,000-square-meter world exhibition center, a 40,000-square-meter world eco-conference center, a 50,000-square-meter five-star hotel, a 30,000-square-meter corporate headquarters building, and a 100,000-square-meter commercial center.
