GUANGZHOU INTERNATIONAL SOURCING CENTRE

Guangzhou Pazhou International Sourcing Centre, GUANGZHOU INTERNATIONAL SOURCING CENTRE, is affiliated with Guangzhou Yinyi Group. The venue is located on Pazhou Island in Haizhu, Guangzhou, adjacent to Hall B of the Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Center. The exhibition hall has a total building area of 258,000 square meters. Pazhou International Sourcing Centre is situated on Pazhou Island in the southeast of Guangzhou. Its newly constructed facilities will serve the east side of the Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, with office buildings and hotels on the north and south sides. The development area is expansive and features abundant shared spaces, while large open areas define the broad landscape within the zone. It covers a total land area of approximately 110,000 square meters, with a total building area of 250,000 square meters, of which the above-ground building area is 170,000 square meters. The sourcing center is divided into east and west wings: The east wing has 18 floors totaling approximately 105,000 square meters. The podium building spans floors 1–4, with a floor height of 6 meters, a span of 18 meters, and approximately 12,000 square meters per floor. The tower building covers floors 5–18, with a floor height of 4 meters, a span of 18 meters, and 42,000 square meters per floor. The west wing is a large exhibition hall available for rent, covering 65,000 square meters. The basement level is 80,000 square meters, including a 40,000-square-meter business support center, logistics area, dining, equipment facilities, and an underground exhibition hall; the remaining portion is an underground parking lot with 1,000 parking spaces. Its logistics area: The basement level has a dedicated logistics zone that can simultaneously accommodate dozens of large trucks loading and unloading exhibits. Each floor of the podium is equipped with 6 freight elevators, 8 passenger elevators, and 2 pairs of escalators; each floor of the tower has 8 passenger elevators, 2 freight elevators, and a pair of up-and-down escalators connecting all floors.
