Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

The Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center was constructed using the BT (Build-Transfer) model. The project mainly consists of the convention and exhibition center, a museum, a library, and related supporting facilities. It has a planned total land area of approximately 288,000 square meters and a planned total construction area of about 340,000 square meters, with an estimated investment of RMB 400 million. The project was completed in November 2013. Upon completion, the Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center stands as the largest, most fully functional, and most professionally advanced large-scale modern multi-purpose exhibition venue among prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province. It not only accommodates product exhibitions and trade negotiations but also supports the hosting of large conferences, banquets, gatherings, celebratory events, and other functions.
